Founded in 1975
in Santa Ana, California, El Mariachi Zacatecas is a group of talented musicians
and singers who hail from Zacatecas, Jalisco and Michuacan, Mexico. Their sound
is the best in Mariachi and has been enjoyed by audiences throughout Southern
California, including performances at the Orange County Fair, Anaheim Stadium
and for numerous corporate clients, such as The Coors Company. Under the
direction of Freddie Espinoza and Fernando Delgado, El Mariachi Zacatecas can
perform in groups as small as a trio or as large as fifteen players, including
Folkloric dancers. This flexibility, coupled with their vast experience, makes
El Mariachi Zacatecas one of the most sought after performance groups in
Southern California.
