The Platinum Groove is a high-energy, variety dance
band that is based around a tight nucleus of talented professional musicians.
Each member has been hand-picked after numerous interviews and live auditions
to assure that they each fu;lfill their indiviudual roles within the group. Each
performance implements a non-stop blend of various musical styles and
choreographed dance routines, incorporating a customized mix of Motown, current
Top 40, Disco, Swing, Latin Pop, R&B, Jazz Standards and Oldies.
The Platinum Groove's veteran performers
have toured with and appeared on stage with many national acts over
the years and are experienced in knowing how to read and work
diverse types of events. They can ignite the dance floor with a
high-energy song or switch gears and croon a mellow standard,
drawing from the vast array of tried-and-true hits in the most
popular genres of music, past and present. The Platinum Groove's
distinct sound and dynamic showmanship have earned them positive
