Leila Flores, dancer, choreographer, and creator of TROPIDANZA, has assembled a diverse team of beautiful and talented dancers. The chemistry of this multi-cultural ensemble radiates with sheer energy and passion! Tropidanza has performed all over the United States and Internationally. Performances include: television appearances on Beverly Hills 90210, NYPD Blue, and VIBE; various Motion Picture Premiere and Wrap parties; Concerts and Festivals including the Furthur Festival (The Grateful Dead), Carlos Santana's Concerts and Super Natural DVD (Miami and Los Angeles), Santa Barbara and Monterey Jazz Festivals, and other events such as A Taste of L.A., New Year's Eve in Rio, and 12 years of performing at Samba e Saudade's and Brazilian Nites annual Brazilian Carnaval in Hollywood. Also performing every weekend at the Valley's hottest Brazilian club The Rio Lounge and Grill with a diverse international dinner show.

Tropidanza has also performed at numerous other corporate and celebrity events, including performances for Ronald and Nancy Reagan and President Bill Clinton.

The performance by Tropidanza is truly an evolution from a religious beginning to a country's national music and dance. Samba is a powerful and graceful body movement responding to the beats of the Batucada (Samba Band) with vigorous motions from the hips down.
